Investing in Livingston Parish student to see them graduate with a full mind and a full tummy!

Since its approval by the Livingston Parish School Board in 2010, Mighty Moms has been grateful to have a project that has allowed us to spread the love of Jesus one Full Tummy at a time. Each week, bags of food are distributed before the weekend to those children whose only nourishing meals are the ones from the school cafeteria. This is accomplished through the generosity and love of many people. School guidance counselors notify Mighty Moms of the number of children in need of food for the weekend. Then volunteers fill food bags for each student. Those food bags are then delivered to the schools.
